EU Orders: - We don’t accept returns after 30 days from the original purchase date. - Unworn, unwashed, undamaged pieces with original tags attached are eligible for a return or an exchange. - We offer free returns and exchanges. - Please note that we only exchange an item once. After exchanging it, you can only return it and receive a refund for the full amount paid for the item. - We don’t process exchanges for low stock items. - After opening a return, you can’t add or remove items. In this case, you should contact our CS Team so we can address your case. - It is necessary to show the receipt of the purchase or present the order number. - We only provide prepaid return labels via UPS. International Orders (outside the US, the EU and the UK - like Croatia, Switzerland and Norway): - We don’t accept returns after 30 days from the original purchase date. - Unworn, unwashed, undamaged pieces with original tags attached are eligible for a return or an exchange. - International orders can only be returned, we do not make exchanges for international orders. - There is a fee for international returns of $30 USD that will be deducted from your refund when it is processed (except for Canada and Australia, those have free return shipping). - Any duties and taxes paid are non refundable. The delivery shipping fee is also non refundable. - It is necessary to present the order number. You can find it on your confirmation email. - FINAL SALE items cannot be returned. - We only provide prepaid return labels via printable document (No QR codes are available). - Returns and exchanges are free for orders from the US and the EU. Australia and Canada also have free shipping returns. - A $30 USD fee will be deducted for International Orders returns, like Croatia, Switzerland and Norway. - Exchanges are not available for International Orders. - International Orders are all orders purchased from places outside of the US, the EU or the UK. - Exchanges are only allowed once per item. After exchanging one item, you can only return it for a refund.

For United Kingdom orders - https://www.farmrio.eu/apps/returns. - Make sure to select all the items you want to send back, whether for a return or an exchange. And only send the items you selected when opening the return. If you add an item in the box that was not selected online, your refund might not be processed correctly by the system. - Different orders need to be sent back separately, in different boxes, with the respective return label for each. - Make sure no other labels are visible when shipping the package. Only the return label can appear.
- You have 30 days from your purchase date to open the return or exchange through our returns portal.
- Exchanges are only allowed once per item. After exchanging one item, you can only return it for a refund. - Exchanges are not available for International Orders (out of the US, the EU and the UK - like Croatia, Switzerland and Norway).
- Unfortunately, we are not able to edit returns or exchanges that have already been opened on our returns portal. You can contact our team at hello@farmrio.eu and we’ll have it cancelled* so you can start over! *Only possible if you haven’t shipped anything back yet.
- If you opened multiple returns in our returns portal separately, please mail the multiple returns individually, using the respective return label for each. Please save the tracking number and the receipt from the carrier for your records. - If you want to return multiple items from the same order, you need to open one return only for all of them. In that way, you'll be able to send them all in the same box.
- Refunds can only be made to the original payment method. Refunds to expired or canceled cards are handled by your bank or credit card issuer and, in most cases, credited automatically to your replacement card.
- Unfortunately, we are only able to provide pre-paid return labels for the same country in which the purchase was made from. - You can have the order shipped back to us at your own cost, we just kindly ask that you share the tracking information. - Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of online orders in stores or vice versa. Please use the online returns portal for your online orders and visit our stores to return your in store order (it needs to be the same store where you purchased the item in).
- To return a gift, you’ll need the order number and the email address of the person who gifted it to you (or their ZIP Code). Click on the following link and get ready to start your return: https://returns.farmrio.eu/#/. - You’ll only be able to select the option of a store credit or an exchange. No refunds can be processed. - Gift returns follow the same Return Policy of normal returns.
