- We update your order step by step via email, ‘till you have your package and are ready to dress in happiness. - Here are some of the status you may find on your order: Unfulfilled – Your order is being prepared by our team and will be shipped soon. This stage can take up to 3 business days to be completed (or more during sales or high volume seasons). Fulfilled with Tracking “Confirmed” – Your package has already left our warehouse and is heading to the shipping company. The tracking will be updated in a few days! Fulfilled with Tracking “In Transit” – Your package is in transit and heading your way. You’ll receive it in no time! Delivered – Your package was delivered. If you cannot locate it, don’t worry! Sometimes the tracking is updated in advance, so please wait a bit and make sure to look around (in your mailbox or with neighbours). Also keep an eye on the tracking to check if your order was delivered to a pick up point. If you still cannot locate it, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to help! - If your package has been in transit with no tracking updates for more than 5 business days, it may have been delayed or lost by the carrier. But don’t worry! We’re here to help. Please reach out to us at hello@farmrio.eu, and our team will investigate the issue and work with you to find a solution. - Kind note: if your order has been in transit for over 100 days, the shipment can no longer be tracked or investigated through the carrier. To ensure we have the best chance of resolving the issue, please contact us as soon as you notice any unusual delays.
- Yes, we can try to edit/cancel your order, but it is not guaranteed. Even if your order is not shipped yet, sometimes we are not able to edit it. We’ll do our best! - Type of edits we provide: Size, Address*, Remove items and Cancellations. *Addresses can only be edited to the same original Country selected - We’re not able to edit the Country. - International orders cannot be edited in any way (like Croatia, Norway and Switzerland). - Editing your order might add a few extra days in the processing time, so please consider 1-2 extra days in the delivery time provided. - Kind note: During sale periods or any high peak season, we do not process edits or cancellations. - If you received a refund for an item/order, it could’ve been due to an inventory discrepancy case, possible fraud detected, or due to an issue with your order processing. For more details, you can get in touch with our CS team, and they will be able to inform you.
- Refunds can only be made to the original payment method. Refunds to expired or canceled cards are handled by your bank or credit card issuer and, in most cases, credited automatically to your replacement card.
- Price Adjustments can be honored within 7 days of the original purchase and any duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable. If your purchase was made more than 7 days before your request and/or the sale price has already expired by the time of your request, no Adjustments can be made. - Only one Price Adjustment can be processed per order. - Taxes are non refundable. - Our promo codes/discounts are non cumulative, unless stated otherwise. Therefore, only one discount can be applied to each order and Price Adjustment cannot match discounts. - Our promo codes cannot be applied to collaboration collections.
- We can only price adjust items bought from our own website and for prices shown on our own website. We do not price match with FarmRio items from other stores or for prices shown on other stores.
