Vous pouvez contacter notre équipe CS avec votre numéro de commande et une photo du dommage afin qu'elle puisse mieux vous aider à trouver la meilleure solution possible.

My item was damaged after I received/wore it, what can I do?

- In this case, please provide a pic and your order number to our CS team at hello@farmrio.eu and we’ll investigate and assess internally. After the analysis, our team will get back to you with the possible options*. We don't guarantee a refund or replacement. *Valid for items purchased directly from us. If you purchased from a different store, please contact their support team and they’ll be able to provide help under their policies.

My item is ok, but one of the accessories is damaged. Can you send me a replacement?

- Unfortunately, we are not able to send spare/separate trims (like buttons, tassels, beads, zippers etc) or belts.
